Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The dedicated game room, complete with a pool table and board games, added so much fun to our stay, and the cozy decorations and thoughtful color choices made the space feel warm and cozy.The location was perfect—conveniently close to many attractions, such as the nearby ski resort and the charming small city of Burnsville. The hosts, Brett and Alyson, were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing a detailed binder full of recommendations for local activities and dining options.If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be Wi-Fi access, as there was no cellular signal in the area. However, they did make it clear that there was not going to be Wi-Fi due to the recent storm. Thankfully, the satellite messaging feature on my iPhone gave us peace of mind during the trip. On the bright side, being offline gave us the opportunity to disconnect and truly focus on spending quality time together.Overall, if we’re ever looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay in the North Carolina mountains, we would definitely return to this property. Highly recommended!
