There are three bedrooms (all with blackout curtains) and two full baths on the main level with two additional bedrooms and one additional full bath in the basement. The home has a full kitchen on the upper level with a small kitchen area (sink and refrigerator only) on the lower level.
the basement bedroom includes a game room stocked with board games, a ping pong table and an air hockey table in the basement's recreation room Within the basement bedroom, there are two foldout couches as well as a sleeper sofa (not recommended for adults) for guests to enjoy while spending quality time together.

guests can enjoy sitting on the front patio or deck with a cool drink while watching the wildlife in the yard There are two families of turkeys, many deer and lots of bunnies and squirrels for guests to admire. There are swings and some sports equipment available for guest use in the yard. In the winter, guests can enjoy the spacious yard to build a snowman, snow shoe or even snowmobile from the property.
