these wonderful apartments are located next to the metro station lesseps, near the park güell, and with excellent connections to the main attractions in the city
✅ please note the following important information before booking:
- the property manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (we do not accept american express card)
- the remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in
- a security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by online link We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- travel cot/travel cot:
price: 2000 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-arrival after hours:
- our check-in time is from 3:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- the tourist tax in barcelona will be applied
- smoking is not allowed under any circumstances Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
