this villa is newly built, it develops on three levels and it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (5 en-suite and 2 guest bathrooms)
on the ground floor, you find a large entrance / lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a terrace, 1 guest bathroom, 2 double rooms, one has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other room has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub
on the second floor, there are one ample master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and a small private terrace Then there are: a guest bathroom and a large living / dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a fixed "Bose" sound system and another portable "Bowers & Wilkins" blue-tooth connection, television, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, laundry room.
furthermore, there is a large terrace with outdoor lounge, summer dining room equipped with a gas barbecue and sink
on the third floor, there is only one master bedroom with queen size bed, safe, tv, en-suite bathroom (with tub and shower) and a private own large terrace, with outdoor lounge and an amazing sea view
