*** pool heat is $80 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay The pool heat fee is specifically to cover the costs associated with heating the pool. The pool heating is complimentary June-October, heating fees apply from November through May.
*** during the colder winter months—typically december through february—when temps drop below 50° or when it rains, the pool heater might not keep the water as warm as expected on those chillier days, we recommend taking a relaxing soak in the hot tub—it stays nice and warm and is the perfect spot to enjoy the desert winter!
*** we ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, use their own credit card, and stay at the property for the full duration.
