Summary: It was disappointing to not be given the code to get into the property before arriving. This meant that upon arrival, we had to call VRBO customer service to try and get in. They were helpful but unable to get in touch with the owner. Fortunately the owner finally replied to a text giving us the code so we were able to get inside but disappointing to have to wait outside while making phone calls trying to get in. The view was wonderful but we would have enjoyed it more if there was a screen door on the sliding glass door to help with getting cooler air inside without using the air conditioner. We also had to reach out to the owner again because there was no extra toilet paper and we had to request more. The owner might also like to update the picture-it is more picturesque than the listing shows.
