● this is a very rural location You will need a car to travel to and from the house. We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped, snow covered, and can get very icy. Public roads tend to be plowed in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee that conditions will be drivable.

the rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
pet fee is $100 per dog Note that booking platforms may only charge 1 pet fee. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.

we do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
