Our home includes a baby gate, pack ‘n play, crib mattress, infant tub, full-size tub, and high chair, all complimentary for your use. added in january 2025, all ages can enjoy our new game room, where you can engage in friendly competition playing ping pong, foosball, pop a shot, golf putting mat and sectional with tv - there's something for everyone!

we are always available to help with suggestions, but never overbearing
while we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays
the house is up a hill and 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter months
we are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max) This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies. Any unauthorized dogs will result in a $500 fine.
absolutely no smoking inside the house, on the decks, or within 100 feet of the house Violation of this or evidence of smoking (ie: cigarette butts) will result in a $500 fine.
there are exterior only security cameras actively recording, for the safety of both guest and property Any tampering with the cameras will not be permitted and will result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund.

septic: only toilet paper should be flushed Tissues, cotton balls, paper towel, dental floss, Q-tips, wipes, and other sanitary products should be placed in the trash. Chemicals, such as paint thinner or gasoline, should never be put down a drain.

at no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to our neighbors.
