Summary: Our stay was ok. It was during a heat wave of over 100 degree weather and with no A/C unit in the kitchen/dining area, mealtime was rather hot and uncomfortable, but the weather was hotter than usual per the host. The house was mostly in working order, despite some random minor fixes that were not that big of a deal-(some doors not closing all the way/one of the burners not working on the stove/no yard maintenance with lots of overgrown weeds around property). We mostly just slept and ate in the house and did not hang out that much there so the house was sufficient for our needs. The host didn't respond to my question about early check in, otherwise was responsive about everything else. Overall a decent stay at this house.
