Luxury throughout, use of entire home, spectacular Mountain Views from the base of Mount Olympus with city views below. 12 min drive to downtown, 20 min to Park City, 20-25 min to top of Big or Little Cottonwood canyons, 15 min. to airport. Can accommodate corporate event up to 30 people with outdoor seating. Great location for Movie and TV filming, (pricing TBD). HOT TUB- DRY SAUNA- STEAM ROOM- OUTDOOR GAS FIREPIT 2 master bedrooms with Full baths on main floor. Primary master has a private deck, Soaker tub, Shower, Steam room and Heated floors. Open kitchen with convection gas oven, air fryer, Keurig, Blendtec blender and everything needed to cook like your at home. Dining table at bar height with stools for 8. Main level family room with wood burning fireplace and great city views from large picture window. Half bath on main floor as well. Large front Gazebo (can be enclosed, couch can setup to a full bed in summer) has a gas fireplace with seating for 6 and a lounge couch for 6 with 55 in. TV with streaming services. Front patio has outdoor dining table and chairs for eight. 2 car garage with parking for 4 cars in driveway. Back deck has great city views with a gas grill as well as a separate Traeger smoker. Smart locks, thermostat, lights throughout and monitored home alarm system to use if you choose. Downstairs has a second kitchen with large fridge and laundry room. A theater room with a 75 inch streaming TV along with a gas fireplace. Game room with game table (puzzles, games and poker setup available) seating for 6 at round table and a four person couch with walkout to back yard. Two bedrooms located downstairs with 3/4 bath. Indoor/outdoor room with 8 person Hot Tub, 4 person Dry Sauna and a 55 in streaming TV, this room is attached to home. Whole house humidifier, soft water, endless on demand hot water heater. Small pets are negotiable, entire yard is fully enclosed including front door with private access. Weather permitting, 2 new Magnum cruiser electric bicycles with 50 mile range can be made available. With that said we can provide any legal decorations or themed event (birthday, anniversaries, holidays, corporate event, etc.) you would like given proper notice and budget, this will be done on a quote basis with 50% due up front (100% for corporate events) and balance due 1 day before check in. ($1500 Minimum) We will accommodate events with minimum 3 day reservation and agreed on pricing and terms. The entire house can be custom decorated including outside with just about anything you would like as a theme including outdoor tables and chairs for dinning up to 30 people. Catering can also be arranged as needed. Shopping list can be filled and stocked for you at cost plus 25% (Minimum service charge $100) Maid service can also be arranged if needed with prior notification, cost will vary. With stays of 6 nights or more we include four hours of maid service on day four. Your enjoyment is TOP priority and we will try our best to provide for your needs and requests.
