Positive: Morvern Cottage is beautiful, from its pretty pink exterior to its lovely interiors. It is immaculately clean and furnished to a very high standard. There is lots of lovely artwork inside,which is well suited to its location beside the marina & the sea and particular attention has been given to the little decorative details... which made it so nice to spend time there! The cottage smells lovely too, always a plus! The heating was excellent and easy to adjust if you're a lizard like me! The living space was bright, airy, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might possibly need, and the dining area had fab views through the patio doors across the marina to the islands. Great for sitting with a cuppa and watching the light change over the distant hills of Mull and the Slate Islands.The bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower was particularly good with lots of hot water and it was powerful/easy to control. The bedrooms were lovely, and I slept soundly in the double room. The cottage has beautiful views across to the marina and beyond this over the sea to the islands. I took many photographs of the lovely scenery on my walks around the village and marina. The weather was very good on my trip, and the sunsets viewed from upstairs in the cottage were especially fabulous. The cottage has a lovely front garden with seating as well as a small private back garden complete with bbq and tabke/ chairs should you wish to eat outdoors. I absolutely loved this cottage and Craobh Haven. If you like peace and quiet and beautiful views, then this will be perfect for you. It was for me...and I'm already planning my next trip!
