Positive: Great location. Clean apartment. Two bathrooms.
Negative: There were some maintenance issues that took us some time to solve/ get around, which pretty much cost us a whole arrival evening. The owner did allow us to check out later but it is not the same.
Summary: I would definitely give this place another chance hoping that all the issues are resolved.
