Located on the main street in Sausalito and directly across from the San Francisco Bay. People travel from all over the world to take in the view that this home has to offer. Enjoy San Francisco glistening at night and yacht and seal watching from your large deck during the day. There are 4 bedrooms that fit 2 adults comfortably per room. 3 of the bedrooms have a full ensuite bathroom and one has a full bathroom directly across the hall. You can enter into the 3 level home through the 2 car garage or locked gate. There is a bedroom and bathroom off the main level foyer which flows into the kitchen, dining area and living room. There is also a work station in the corner of the dining room. The living room faces the water and has retractible windows that fold back for indoor / outdoor living. Off the living room in the front of the home is a bedroom with bunkbeds and a full ensuite bathroom. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom bunk is a full size.
the bottom floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom Entry from the garage is on the bottom floor with a locked secured door. The top floor has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with a custom queen size murphy bed. There is a custom bar and professional upright piano in the room. The windows retract back which completely opens the room to the large deck. When the murphy bed is up and the windows are retracted back the room is great for an extra living room / entertainment area. On the deck there is a dining table and two gas fire pits. this is the area you will enjoy the most! the views are stunning!
