grover is an easy walk to the beach It is a quiet tight community that sits adjacent to hopping Pismo Beach. There are many things to do and see nearby. The beach, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, car shows, etc. Don’t miss the nearby 9 hole Pismo Golf course or the Monarch Butterfly Grove, both about a half mile away. The Amtrack station is just a few blocks west for travel options or an excursion to Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo for a new experience.

we are centrally located next to pismo and arroyo grande Traveling by foot, bike, or auto are all good choices. There are several casual restaurants within walking distance and Arroyo Grande is just a few minutes by car, which is a must do with all its quaintness. Pismo Beach and pier are also less than five minutes away by car. Grand Avenue is just four blocks north and has all the needed stores, fast food, and groceries.
