•please be respectful of the neighbors The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•no loud noise or music past 8 pm
•please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home As well as turn off stove, oven, & heater.
•adult supervision of children on the property at all times
•no wearing shoes inside the house A $500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to deep clean the floors.
•no smoking of any kind in the house A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
•no parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•checkin time is 4 pm - 12 am (fees will apply after 10 pm)
•checkout time is 10 am
•no extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•no mail / packages delivered to the property Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•no moving / rearranging of the furniture
•no unplugging of the electronics like tvs, internet, lamps, tv streaming sticks, security cams, etc

Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
