located north east of the island in bophut The Residence is located up a hill near to the Big Budda and small beach and opposite the Plai Laem Temple, Plai Laem and all shops and Tong Song Bay Beach and 12 minute walking distance Cheong Mon Village and a beautiful bay beach with massages restaurants , & Bangrak and beach.
10 minutes derive to fisherman's village
12 minutes drive to chaweng beach and bars and central festival shopping center and tops supermarket It is up a cliff ( hence the views and breeze ) which is easily reached from the road but a 5 minute steep walk up hill from the local shops.
