Summary: I enjoyed staying at this property for one month. The location was perfect. It was attractive. I would stay here again. I was surprised, however, at the sparseness of kitchen equipment (no toaster, one tiny frying pan, no spatula, no sharp knives, only plastic dishes, no iron or ironing board). I was also surprised to find no furniture on the patio or balconies and an unheated pool. I will read more carefully next time. The property manager sent me the wrong directions for checking in and did not show up for an appointment to fix the screen doors that didn’t work. Because the sliding door leading to the parking spaces didn’t lock and had to have wood placed in the track to secure it, I had to walk around the building to my car every time I went somewhere instead of across the small patio. The kitchen appliances and cabinets were nice. The bathrooms and washer and dryer were nice. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have bedroom dressers. Everything was freshly remodeled except for the carpeting on the stairs and second floor. I believe the owner could do a few more small things to make this a 5-star rental.
