Enter into a spacious and ultra modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking and entertaining dishes. It's open to a warm and inviting living area with a large flat screen TV, leather sectional seating, a new and warm fireplace and workspace. The sliding doors open to the patio with hot tub and a terraced garden where we grow our veggies and flowers.

we are centrally and conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood in arvada just minutes from the arvada center for arts and humanities, the indian tree golf course, and beautiful majestic view park We are 2 miles from Old Towne Arvada with many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the new light rail station with service to downtown Denver. We are a 25 minute drive to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Golden and Red Rocks Amphiteatre. If you are working at Interlocken or Broomfield, we are even closer.
