this artisan craftsman cottage has two bedrooms, two full baths, and was built in 2014 It has an open-concept floor plan with large common spaces that have plenty of room for gathering with your friends and family, large family dinners, or group hangouts. It has all modern features, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, crown molding, washer and dryer, and a flat screen TV. In addition, there is a kitchen counter-top bar; a large shaded front patio with seating; and a back patio with an in-ground pergola, outdoor furniture, and string lights, which sets the mood for any gathering. The backyard is completely enclosed in a gated privacy fence.
