experience lb w/o the crowds w/ access to 2 off-street parking spots, tons of outdoor space, a hot tub & an outdoor shower!
the house is equipped w/ 6 beach passes (w/o passes beach is $15/person), towels, 5 bikes, a beach wagon and 6 beach chairs you have everything you need for your beach vaca!
guests will have access to the entire house They will enter through a combo code on the front door and/or garage.
upon entry there is foyer for storage and shoes Once up the stairs guests will find the open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, office space and half bath. Additionally off of the kitchen guests can access the deck; furnished with patio furniture and Weber grill.
on the second floor guests will have access to the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms, two full baths (one which is an en-suite to the primary bedroom) and a laundry room
once outside, in addition to the deck, please enjoy the outdoor space, hot tub, and covered patio
bikes and beach accessories are located in the garage
