There are two patios directly outside the house - the upper patio from the living room looks over the garden and over tree-tops out to sea, the lower next to the kitchen is more shelter with views of the garden and a perfect spot dining.

inside -- the house is upside down to make the most of the views It's 3 levels, with a half staircase between each.
