Enjoy four bedrooms, two full baths for everyone. The upper story boasts an open floor plan to include kitchen, living room and dining area, also master bedroom and one full bath. Lower story (ground level) has three bedrooms, full bath, living room, laundry room with kitchenette for convenience on lower level. Spacious deck with seating spans the front of the house for great views of the river and Main Street. One block away from all the action on Main St. so you can enjoy the action without being "in" the action. Within walking distance to all of downtown. Spacious yard to enjoy the weather, grill out (both charcoal grill and gas grill) or enjoy a bonfire. Lots of parking as we own two lots side by side so bring your boat, jet skis, any water craft to enjoy the river. Convenience is at your door...the public boat launch is just two blocks south of the property and can be viewed from the house.

Summary: We rented this property for a "girl cousins" trip this weekend - a chance for the six of us to get together, play games, chat and visit the bars and restaurants in Grafton. The place was very clean and well-appointed, from the bathrooms stocked with extra towels, make-up wipes, Kleenexes, ponytail holders, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (among other things!), to the kitchen which was well-stocked with everything one might need to cook a meal, to the extra bedding/covers, etc., the hosts thought of everything to maximize convenience and make the place feel like home. This VRBO is easy to find, in a convenient location to walk to bars and restaurants, quiet (other than the band playing Saturday at Hawg Pit, which was nice to be able to enjoy during the day), and has a nice view of the river. The host was communicative and responsive. Beds were comfy. Internet was fine for us all to be on our phones as needed, although Verizon cell service was patchy (as it can be throughout Grafton). I would definitely recommend this home to anyone for a nice getaway or staycation from St. Louis, and if we do this again I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks for hosting us!
