you will also be provided a garage (has beach supplies) To park you may use the designated parking spot for this unit for Free EV charging 9pm-4pm daily. There is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the unit. in “other things to note” you will find more detailed information about renting our e-bikes during your stay… we also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys (child friendly!), wagon, cooler, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember!

*bringing pets? there is a fee of $150/month per pet If you choose the option for a pet and the amount owed exceeds the amount charged at booking, we will send you an invoice you prior to your stay for the remaining balance. Please notify me prior to arrival (up to 2 pets allowed).

*kindly note that a refundable security deposit of $250 will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card This pre-authorization is not a charge and will be promptly released, provided no damages are claimed.*

protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so. We use scented detergents and cleaners in our property, so it is not the best fit for individuals with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.
*to keep your space fresh and tidy, we require cleaning services to be scheduled at least every two weeks for stays longer than 31 days If you'd like extra cleanings, we’re happy to arrange those for you as well! Each cleaning is $175, and we’ll send you an invoice for the service prior to the clean.
