this is on the second floor and there is an elevator but you may need to walk a distance from the parking lot
especially when it's hot, austin does have bugs We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything.
we make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (eg. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
please be aware the unit being in the state of texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
