don't forget to take advantage of the free bus (city loop) a short walk from the apartment and the free ferry (city hopper) from eagle pier in the riverside

linen: we provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
amenities: we provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out

additional rules
please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again and again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- all extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine
- no parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine
- key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours
-check in time is by 3pm Please note that arrivals outside of regular hours, between 6 PM and 8 AM, will incur an extra charge.
- check-out time is by 10am Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour.
please remember to return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected upon check-out This ensures a smooth process for the next guest. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- any faults or breakages – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays
- please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests who leave the apartment in an unacceptable state
- we only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control..
