pet policy: it’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.
early check-in: feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can Early check-in fee is $50. Accommodation will depend on whether there is another guest checking out the same day, as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. late check-out: feel free to ask as soon as possible and we will accommodate you if we can If it is less than 24 hours till check-out, which means changing our cleaner’s schedule, there may be an extra $100 fee. noise / disturbance: no parties are allowed on the property We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please, no amplified music outdoors, in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted except during ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.
cleaning / damages: in the event that excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement is required for amenities, furnishings, or appliances, appropriate fees will be applied
repairs / issues during your stay: for any urgent repairs needed in or around the property, you will be notified immediately Our handyman/service company may need access inside the property even if you are not present.
