5(ii) At those home sites where a single car garage and a non-expanded single lane driveway co-exist, additional vehicles may only be parked in tandem, in a single lane wide strip on the front lawn immediately adjacent and parallel to the existing driveway.
(iii) at home sites with a two (2) car garage and/or two (2) car wide driveways, parking off the driveway is prohibited
1 (iv) Un-licensed and inoperable vehicles must be stored in a garage.
2(v) Any vehicle repair and maintenance exceeding 3 hours in length must take place in a garage.
3 (iv) No vehicle may be used as a domicile or residence even on a temporary basis.

Pool heat is an additional $20 nightly and only needed in the Winter. POOL HEAT MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED START TIME. Need to catch up with work? The Wi-Fi is strong and cable is in place to catch up as the evening winds down. This home is one where families return to year after year. The 2 guest bedrooms do not have cable attached so bring your roku or firestick.

1 One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2 One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3 Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4 All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5 Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6 All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7 Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8 Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. if any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9 Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10 Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11 Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12 Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13 Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
