Positive: The hosts were kind, welcoming and were most helpful whenever we contacted them. They had left Halloween sweets for the children. The facilities were very good and the apartment was located in an excellent area convenient to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were of excellent quality. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and secure. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the apartment.
Negative: There were pieces of glass left on the kitchen floor which hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly although the rest of the apartment was spotless. The kitchen had nowhere to drain crockery after it was washed. We had made arrangements with the hosts to leave our luggage in the apartment until 1200 hours, returning one set of keys at 1100 hours to the Aboukir Hotel and taking a photo of proof. The woman behind the desk was extremely rude when my daughter took a photo and told her to delete it. When we returned the second set at 1200 hours she refused to take them in and made it clear she was not going to do so. She was obstructive, unhelpful and the rudest person we have ever met and was not a suitable person to have as an agent representing your business.
Summary: Our stay was enjoyable and we hope to return one day.
