Summary: The reception was good welcoming and helpful. However there was a woman on her phone arguing loudly which didn’t give a good first impression. This was in no way the fault of the establishment but maybe she could have been asked to go somewhere else to complete her phone argument. Lol We got up to our room at 2:15pm and the room was still not prepared. We didn’t have to wait too long so it wasn’t that bad. The room was spacious. We had the 4 bedroom apartment. The 2 bathrooms was really good to accomodate 5 of us. It was warm and comfy and clean. It surprised me how quiet it was. Extra bonus for the vicinity Westfield Mall Manukau a 5 minute walk away.
