Positive: The manageress was very efficient at dealing with an unexpected problem that arose. She handled it calmly and took appropriate action.

Negative: The restaurant was in the process of being renovated, so the wide range of international food on the menu was not all available. Asking for vegetarian food seemed to horrify the kitchen staff, who were not used to such special requests from diners! Eventually they managed to serve me with something appropriate...
