Negative: There was a man at the desk when I checked in on the evening of Aug. 9 who was quite indifferent to me and even somewhat rude (I do admit I was very tired, but. . .). The next day there was a lovely woman in the morning who helped me change my room to a quieter, cooler one who was lovely. These people make all the difference!
