The newly built home celebrates the best in low country living with tasteful coastal décor, beautiful finishes and an enormous screened in back porch. This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home provides an open floor plan to encourage family gatherings and entertaining but also has spacious bedrooms for quiet private time as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking all types of meals. If you prefer to cook outside, a charcoal grill with propane starter is available. As beautiful as the home is on the inside, the best part of the cottage is outside. You can enjoy sitting on the front porch swing with a glass of sweet tea, happy hour around the fire pit, dinner al fresco on the screen porch or take the bikes for a ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the gorgeous natural habitat of Habersham.
