this recently renovated apartment features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room and a full kitchen area as well as wi-fi, keurig, free parking, fresh linens and towels

you will also have access to the fire pit and adirondack chairs which are located near the docks

to access the bathroom you must be able to climb 2 steps
the main entrance is a hurricane sliding glass door, it can be heavy to open and close
while there is no central a/c, there is a window air conditioning unit, located in the living room, that cools the whole apartment
one of the bedrooms has an emergency exit door that can be locked from inside the bedroom The rest of the first floor is a marina office and a work area. The work area is used minimally when there are guests staying in the rental and shouldn’t be disruptive at all.
