We have 13 beds in the home to sleep on, 2 large living rooms, 2 large Kitchens, 3 Dining tables that sit 6. The bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1) 1 King bed. Bedroom2) 1 King, 1 Twin. Summary: Putting a bed in a room does not make it a bedroom. Several rooms did not have a closet and one did not have a door. the downstairs fridge dispensed a piece of metal from the ice maker into a glass. We found an exploded can in the ice maker. Imagine what might have happened if someone swallowed that piece of metal. The upstairs fridge ice maker was removed and the main burner on the range didn't work. The pool table is unplayable I cleaned bird poop off the air hockey table there was no ball for the fooze ball table the basketballs needed air the sliding game table surface was destroyed. The deck overlooking the pool has many loose screws and exposed nails. I questioned the structual integerty. There is not enough dinning seating on the main level. The beds were great and the place was mostly clean bit for 900 a night, I expected more.
