Mallard Lagoon Lake Cabin/Cottage is located steps from Big Bear lake on Mallard Lagoon. The lagoon is peaceful and shields the property from the winds of the lake while leading out to it for easy access. Water foul love the inlet and it provides a tranquil setting for both wildlife and guests. The cabin borders on an easement and the properties surrounding the cabin are expansive giving open views across large properties to both lagoon and forested/treed properties. The large raised terrace/porch looks over the area and provides lots of space for sitting, eating outdoors, BBQs and even a nap or two. A three night minimum is preferred. 8 guest is the maximum-no exceptions please.
