Fully renovated, with very large areas, this beautiful 110m2 apartment, 1st floor, combines a cozy atmosphere and rustic decor with modern facilities. It is suitable for all ages, families, groups of friends and couples! It can comfortably accommodate 6 people - 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a large bed of 160m x 200, the other with single bed that can be transformed into a large bed of 160x200, and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. We also have a crib and baby tub. In addition, you will find a dining room, living room, a charming bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities for washing your clothes and dishwasher.
it also has a beautiful terrace (11m2) in the back, connected to the kitchen, where you can have your breakfast, relax and have some fresh air or play darts, and two balconies and windows facing the street!
guests have full access to the entire apartment!
we provide free coffee (expresso and grinded coffee for the italian press), tea, bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, fast fiber wi-fi with unlimited access, tv with 130 channels (most of them in english, cinema channels and channels for kids like panda, cartoon, etc)
