This house has been professionally decorated and is on Madaket Rd. It has the largest landscaped yard in Madaket (almost 1 acre). Its an upside down house with the kitchen, living area and master bedroom- private bath (queen bed) on the upstairs. There are decks off the kitchen area (barbecue) and master bedroom. Loft is above top floor living area(queen bed). Downstairs is tv area- 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom- queen bed - private bath and other bedroom - 2 single beds. Back hallway and changing area- full bathroom.
tv area- only 1 tv in the home (purposely) and card table
shed out back that holds bicycles and beach chairs
only fees other than rent is a cleaning fee and security deposit
basement is unfinished with washer/dryer and storage
this is a great home and we are particular about the parties we rent to No pets allowed. You will love Madaket and the convenience to the beaches, Millies Restaurant, Smith Point , town bus, etc.
we treasure this house and want the right partner for the home We want someone who will give it the care that we do as we never wear shoes in the house. We keep it sand free as much as possible.
