the villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 120sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage Next to the pool a large roofed BBQ is built, with dining tables for 14 persons. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 600sqm.
the main entrance of the villa leads to the 60sqm living room with fireplace and a luxurious dining table The 5 door-windows offer great views to the pool and the vineyard. At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three more bedrooms: one with double bed, a children's room with one sofa-bed and one double decker and the third with two single beds, with their own large bathroom. The veranda of 235sqm is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic view over the pool, the lawn playground under the olive trees and the tennis court.
on the first floor you can find the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) with their bathroom, all with their own large balconies offering wonderful view not only of the estate but of the whole central area of the island
