the villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 100sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage and children's pool with a depth of 30cm Next to the pool a large roofed dining area of 60sqm with BBQ is built, with monastery-like dining table. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 250sqm.

At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, four double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
