Summary: It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. Everyone had to use the other bathrooms in the house. The outside garden should be more well maintained as it’s a great setup. The woods of rhe outside floor also need maintenance. The pool is small and should be cleaner. The gate to enter the house closes manually and not in good conditions. Even though it’s a quiet area it would be worth to have a proper gate, so people can feel safer.
