our detached villa is an attractive modern, bright and spacious home which is new to rental market The property has been designed to be in perfect harmony with its surroundings; warm shades of terracotta and pastel shade furnishings that echo the typical style of Portuguese interior architecture.
there is a large sitting room which is ideal for the whole to relax There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining room which is suitable for any family or large group staying at the villa. There are two separate French patio doors opening out from the sitting room to the sunny poolside. Outside there is a solar heated pool, beautiful landscaped garden, dining tables and sunbeds where guests can dine, relax and soak up the sunshine.
there are 4 large bedrooms (sleeping 8 comfortably) with 3 ensuite The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with twin beds (and cots if required) while the second is a large ensuite double bedroom with French patio doors opening out to the poolside. In addition, there is a family bathroom on the ground floor.
upstairs there are two additional bedrooms The very spacious master bedroom, with a king sized bed, has French patio doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking the pool with spectacular views of the golf course and the sea. It also has a dressing room area and a large bathroom (bath and shower), double his/her vanity sinks, bidet and separate wc. The second bedroom is a double room with ample wardrobe space and an ensuite and access to the balcony with a seaview. We also have a study upstairs with beautiful views of the sea while you work or relax. The large balcony can used for relation or drinks with views of the golf course and sea.
