our 200 m2 villa, completely renovated in 2018, is located in cap-ferret (piraillan) on a 900 m2 enclosed wooded plot with heated swimming pool comprising living room with fireplace, american kitchen, six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
the area is very residential and very quiet
the house is quietly located in piraillan, 80 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the oyster port
the market and shops are 5 minutes walk!
access to the ocean is direct after a few minutes on foot or by bike in the forest

the locality
piraillan is one of the many small villages that follow one another and make up the cap ferret peninsula Just a few minutes from the tip, the place is really nice, and often less crowded than the center. The prettiest and most typical part is probably the port and its original and colorful oyster tastings, at the water's edge, as well as the fishing village district.
