the kitchen/diner is contemporary in design with granite worktop and there is underfloor heating throughout the cottage An arched opening leads through to the sitting room which has a modern free standing Charnwood wood burner as the centre piece, positioned against the exposed original stone wall with light flooding in through the large French windows. Rugs and deer skins adorn the oak floor and with the mood lighting it gives a real sense of decadence to this room. There is also a Smart TV, Blu-Ray player (also plays DVD’s and CD’s), Wi-Fi and books and magazines provided for your enjoyment.
the bedroom has exposed oak ceiling timbers and a natural stone wall, with a super-king black wrought iron bed Across the landing is a sumptuous bathroom, fully tiled, with a double ended bath – perfect for sharing, a walk in shower with thermostatic controlled lighting and doubles sinks, Philippe Starck chair and champagne cork side table.
