The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and silverware. The condo has a washer, dryer, central air and heat. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 or 4 guests. Upgrades include: Coffee maker w/Keurig, iron w/ ironing board, blow dryer, bath room essentials, 55" Smart TV in living room and 42" Smart TV in bedroom, and Alexa. getting around:
when pulling into the main entrance you will drive up to the call box and dial 5301 to ring me and i will buzz you in You will then drive through the gate towards the back of the property, make the second right in to the parking garage. Drive up to the third floor of the garage and building 5 entrance is the second on the left in the corner.
once in the unit you will have access to a key fob that will allow you access to the gate, fitness center and game room
