Negative: The property is generally pleasant, though it could benefit from some maintenance, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom. Several items need repair or replacement: some furniture is worn, the left bedside lamp is missing its glass cover, and the bathroom basin is chipped around the drain. Additionally, the sliding door does not fully close due to a bent track. On a positive note, the kitchen and living room are in good condition. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the coffee maker with provided pods is a thoughtful touch—although it would have been even better if sugar had been available. Photos attached. Also beware of the daily resort and parking fees which adds up to the daily cost of the rental significantly!
