our property features a water front apartment located on the ground floor of our house One bedroom gite sleeps 2 adults. Fully equipped kitchens with dish-washer, washing machine , fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob; iron/ironing board; a sitting rooms with satellite TV (large flat screen), DVD-player + DVDs to watch, books, table games, puzzles , comfortable leather sofas; a master bedrooms with King size double beds & en-suite bathrooms with full size bath and shower. Both sitting room and bedroom have double French doors opening to walk out and views over the stunning lake and the countryside. Living area is a large open plan layout with the kitchen and a dining area (seating for four people) at one end and the lounge area around the wood burner at the other end. Fold out beds could be installed in the living area or in the bedroom. We have a Wi-Fi Internet access. There are BBQ, garden table, chairs and sun lounges outside each gite.

Fire wood for the wood burners can be supplied throughout October-March. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are securely fenced. All grounds, gardens and lake are open for discovery and enjoyment. Vast covered area. Large lawns. The garden is not overlooked and is really welcoming from early morning until sunset and is an ideal place to spend time and relax with a glass of wine. The property is fenced all the way around and has a secure parking. The fishing lake stocked with common carp, roach, perch, gudgeon, tench and more..
