indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are available for use between the nsw easter and september school holidays, aligning with regional fire safety regulations Guests will be provided with a starter pack of firewood, kindling, and firelighters for the first 1–2 nights. If additional wood is required, we recommend purchasing from a local supplier or bringing your own.

for security and compliance, the property is equipped with two external cameras, currently monitoring the driveway and front entrance only

guest registration & id verification:
prior to arrival, all guests must complete an online registration form and provide valid photo identification (eg driver’s licence or passport). Access to the property will only be granted once guest verification is completed.
