Free use of our kayaks! Dual Master bedrooms each include King Bed, ensuite full baths, dining area, heated swimming pool and harbor water views, glass walled doors that open to the outside decks. On the main level there are two full baths, two bedrooms, fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, large dining room, islands, large fire placed living rooms, wet bar. On the lower level there are 3 more bedrooms, a fire placed game room with pool table, 2 full baths, living room with glass walls opening to lower deck and private swimming pool. The second master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and living area is on the lower level. Free exclusive use of swimming pool and kayaks; private association beach, dock and tennis courts. Short walk or stroll along the waters edge to the famous Chart Room restaurant which directly across the Harbor and visible from our deck!
