no parties or events: while we welcome you to have a guest or two over for a meal or visit, hosting gatherings with more than a dozen people, no matter the reason, is considered a party or event In the event of a party or event, an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your deposit, and all attendees may be asked to leave without a refund for the remainder of their stay. Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property.
no pets allowed: pets are not permitted on the property If pets are found on the premises, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will apply.
no smoking indoors or on the 2nd-floor balcony: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the second-floor balcony If you choose to smoke at the outdoor table, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any smoking inside the home will result in an additional $500.00 fee.
check-in and check-out times: check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am
