With many Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops and Stores just around the corner, this location has very thing you need. The unit has beautiful hardwood wood floors throughout. HD Direct TV with DVR & DVDs players in both rooms. The Bedroom has a deluxe King bed with 2 side tables, lamps and blackout curtains. Living room equipped with deluxe Queen Sleeper Couch with optional memory foam top, 2 chairs & Desk. Fully equipped Kitchen and Dining room that seats 4. Included is Hi Speed Wi-Fi internet and modern front load washer and dryer. The unit has Private Backyard with Gas Barbecue and patio table for 6.
